Responsible for all production and quality functions.  Supervised IT for the company, and handled production of high-tech materials for aerospace, medical, and robotic industries.  Managed multiple electronics interconnection solutions.  Improved training, process, fabrication, and testing systems.  Lead the successful AS9100 (ISO 9000) certification for the company to meet toughest military standards.

Co-founded company to produce 3D computer animation for TV commercials, films, & Internet shows.  Co-created "Ever Wonder" the #1 show on Icebox.com.  Worked on Jim Belushi's "The Greedy Show" featured on Atomfilms.com.  Authored business plan, including financials.  Handled all start-up issues, including presentations to Showtime, Shockwave.com, Pop.com, Colgate, Chrysler, and Icebox.com.  Co-created original TV and Internet show concepts.  Supervised production in Flash & 3D Studio Max, which included:  object modeling, texture creation, lighting, and animation. Oversaw development and design of Flash website design.

Developed five-year business plan for both entertainment & educational software businesses.  Position included P&L responsibility.  Creator of, and responsible for, Disney education, creativity, and theme park product lines.  Designed and produced 18 award winning products (45 SKUs total), with over 4.3 million PC and 4.2 million carts sold through, including "Mickey's ABCs," "Mickey's 1-2-3's," and "Mickey's Colors and Shapes."  Hired and supervised producers and production teams, including:  programmers, 3D art team, actors, voice talent, 2D animators, composers, and sound designers.  Managed teams of up to 31 members.  Negotiated all contracts.  Transitioned team through difficult layoff.

Initiated Mattel, Hasbro, and Galoob relationships for the company to create unique consumer product related to toys.  Notable projects included:  Mattel’s Caterpillar "Construction Zone", "Crash", and "Car Trader" web-game for Galoob's MicroMachines.

Consulting company created to provide interactive design, writing, and development.  Designed toy/CD-ROM products including:  "I want to be a Fossil Finder" and "I want to be a Pet Vet" for Cloud 9 Interactive, "Anastasia" activity center for 20th Century Fox, "Universal Monsters" and "Hercules & Xena" games for Universal Studios, game redesign and level layouts for Film Roman's "Felix the Cat" PSX title, game redesign and level layout for InfoBank's "Deep Raider" PC title, and original PS2 game title for Thunderhorn Gameworks.  Company also provided business development, 3D modeling (MAYA) and animation.  Authored two children's books and a syndicated comic series, and consulted on the design and implementation of several award-winning websites. Began and operate www.mrpicturefixer.com offering photography, retouching (using Photoshop), free wallpapers and an online image library.

Co-founder and in charge of VC acquisition.  Created business plan.  Hired and supervised product development staff.  Conceived and designed games for CD-I, CD-TV, and FM Towns.  Pioneered "Variable Interactivity" and "30-60" system.  Created first commercial CD-ROM game, "The Case of the Cautious Condor," which sold in Japan for the FM-Towns PC.

Designed, and programmed and managed industry-specific enterprise business solution including custom CAD system.  Redesign system interface, and oversaw all software production. System was used to run several successful multi-million dollar LA businesses.

2/82 -7/85

Designed the now classic "Star Trek" arcade game plus four other coin-op games.  Supervised designers, project managers, and production teams.  Designed, story-boarded, and programmed arcade, laser disc, gambling, and video games, including production of digital voice and music.  Directed focus group testing.  Also designed and produced 6 console games.
